PaintOmics began in the STATegra Project, developed by the Genomics of Gene Expression Lab, and is now maintained by the Conesa Lab — the repository is ConesaLab/PaintOmics.

The full author list, with ORCIDs, is in CITATION.cff at the root of the repository, which is also what GitHub's Cite this repository button reads. Keeping one list rather than two is deliberate: a second copy here would drift.
